Join Carla for this autumn workshop where we will explore the technique of flat felting. The colors in the changing leaves will inspire you to create your own version of your favorite leaf. There will be leaf patterns available to trace or feel free to bring along your own inspiration. Be sure your leaf is less than the maximum size of 4” x 4”.
This wool leaf looks beautiful as an addition to your fall decor or add a thread and hang it in your window.
About Carla
Carla Binder, born and raised in Palmerton, PA, has been passionate about creating since she was a child. There was always a project in the works. Her career began in the fields of architectural drafting and interior design and continued on into professional picture framing. Since 2019 she is continuing her journey as a creative, establishing her art and design studio Taking Deeper Roots. Her vision is to inspire you to explore your creative passions.

All tools and supplies to create one fall leaf are provided.
Skill Level: No experience needed, this workshop is suitable for beginners.
This workshop will be held on the Garden Patio so dress appropriately for the weather. If it becomes too cold, wet, or windy the workshop will be moved inside to the Creative Nook behind the shop.
Registration is required, maximum of 6 people. Participants must be age 16+.
No refunds will be issued for no shows or for cancellations less than 72 hours in advance.
